This will be your default pick-up address whenever arranging shipments. You can change this at any time.

Follow the steps below:

1. Login into your Terminal Africa account.
2. Go to the main menu by the left and select ‘Settings.’

3. Under the Profile tab, you will see the default address section; click the arrow button.

4. A pop-up form will appear; fill in the address information and click 'Save Address'.

Why should I set up a default address?

The default or pickup address saves you time when booking shipments because it is already pre-filled as the sender’s information. It also helps your customer get accurate delivery rates and estimated timelines.
