How to Activate the Air Cargo Carrier

1. Go to Settings in the main menu on the left.
2. Click on the Carriers tab.
3. Toggle on Air Cargo.

How to Book an Air Cargo Shipment

Step 1

Go to terminal.africa, click Log in, and enter your email and password.

Step 2

From your dashboard, click the Book shipment button.

Step 3

Enter the pickup address, including contact telephone and email.

‍

Step 4

Enter the receiver’s address with telephone number, email address, and postcode.

‍

Step 5

Under Parcel 1, select the packaging type and click Add Item.

‍

Step 6

Provide item details:

• Item name
• Category and sub-category
• HS code
• Weight, quantity, and value

‍

Step 7

Select Air Cargo as the carrier.

‍

Step 8

Select a drop-off location.

Please note that you can only drop off at our hub at Ikeja, Lagos, for now.

‍

Step 9

Review your shipment and click Complete Booking to confirm.

That’s it! Your cargo shipment is booked.

Please note that you won’t be billed immediately for your cargo shipment until we’ve confirmed the weight at the hub.
