How to Add Packaging Information

This guide will instruct you on how to add packaging information.

Packaging is essential when shipping internationally, as it helps reduce damage during transit and avoids weight discrepancy issues. By adding packaging information, you can speed up the shipment booking process, as you can select from previously added packaging instead of creating new packaging each time.

Follow the steps below:

Login into your Terminal Africa account.
Go to the main menu by the left and select ‘Settings.’
Navigate to the Packaging tab; you will see some added packaging information there.

Click the “Create your packaging” button to add a new package. A pop-up form will appear.

Select the type of package you would like to add (flyer, box, or envelope). Provide a name, dimensions, unit, and weight.
Click the “Save Packaging” button. The packaging will be added to the list of Saved Packages.

You can easily select the appropriate packaging based on the item description when booking the shipment.
