About the Role
We need a data-driven marketer and creative thinker to design and execute growth strategies that will drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will work closely with our leadership, product, and operations teams to test and scale marketing initiatives across digital channels, partnerships, and community-driven growth.

You’re a great fit if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or digital strategy—ideally in a fast-growing startup
- Have a strong understanding of marketing funnels, growth loops, and customer journeys
- Know how to use data to drive decisions—comfortable with analytics, A/B testing, and reporting
- Are skilled in digital marketing: SEO, SEM, social, email, content, partnerships
- Are experienced with CRM, marketing automation tools, and campaign management
- Are creative and strategic, with an eye for compelling messaging and brand storytelling
- Are hands-on and proactive—ready to roll up your sleeves to execute and test ideas
- Understand the challenges of logistics, ecommerce, or payments in Africa (a big plus)
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Are passionate about empowering African businesses and creating a global impact
