How the New Delivery Network Works

Under the hood, Terminal Local operates with strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure your customers get their goods on time:

• Same-Day Pickup: For orders confirmed before 12 PM (noon),
• Next-Day Pickup: For bookings made after 12 PM.
• Coverage: All of Lagos (except Badagry and Epe), and key Southwest states.
• Operating Hours: Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM.

The service is built to support up to eCommerce businesses focusing on fashion, beauty, health, food, distribution, and retail.
