The European Union (EU) has asked for product codes, called Product Identifiers, for parcels worth €150 or less, sent into EU countries like Germany, France, etc.

Keep entering your item details correctly when you book, including the HS code and manufacturer information. Your Terminal Africa booking uses these details for the new Product Identifier fields, so there is no extra step
