You’ll now be required to enter a 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) when performing certain sensitive actions on your account.

The OTP will be sent to the email address registered to your Terminal Africa account.

When will you need an OTP?

OTP verification is now required when you:

• Log in to your Terminal Africa account
• Withdraw funds from your wallet
• Add a new bank or payout account
• Reset or change your password

Once prompted, check your registered email for the 6-digit code and enter it to continue. Each OTP is valid for a limited time and can only be used once. If your code expires or you don’t receive it, you can request a new one.
