With Priority Pickup, a rider comes to your home or office and picks up your package. The rider takes it to the nearest Terminal Africa hub, and from there it gets sent on its way.

What you get:

• A fast pickup. During the day, a rider usually comes within an hour.
• The price up front. You see what the rider costs before you choose Priority Pickup. You pay for it with your shipment.
• Updates as it happens. You can see when the rider picks up your package and when it reaches our hub.
• You can change your mind. Cancel before the rider gets to you, and you get the rider money back. Your shipment stays booked, so you can take the package to our hub yourself.

Good to know: One Priority Pickup is for one shipment. If we can’t find a rider, your shipment is still booked, you don’t pay for the rider, and you can take the package to our hub yourself.
